This is an excellent story.  Mr. & Mrs. Waters called in from our flyer. They were concerned about their roof because it was old and starting to wither, gutters leaked in front of the garage getting their family all wet every time it rained, facia was falling off on the south side of house, and during heavy rains water leaked at their gable in to the garage. They also wanted to remove their aluminum vents on their roof and put in ridge vent for air flow to help control temperatures in the house.  We are not your standard roofing company. We take pride in our work. We literally put new decking so we could patch, seal their old vent holes and cut back the ridge to put in the ridge cap.

We met Mr. & Mrs. Waters to provide a FREE in-home estimate. They also stated that they wanted their bathroom redone and possibly a new deck.  In these situations we like to pick one job and earn your trust.  We decided on the roof and let us earn their trust from there. They had dealt with numerous contractors only to find that they would start the job, leave, and leave them scrambling to finish the repair.  We told them that would never happen with us.  We keep you informed of every step of the process.

We removed rotted wood and custom bent fascia metal to make way more appealing to eye.  Needless to say this client is more then satisfied and we look forward to re-doing their kitchen in a couple months.
